About Me

Growing up in hospitality, I have been obsessed with food my entire life. It’s often all I can think about, and there’s nothing I love more than planning how I am going to treat my friends and family with a meal full of love. With a huge appreciation for both ends of the food scale, I feel there’s a time and place for everything from Michelin star dining to cheesy chips at the end of a night out. Sometimes, only beans on toast will do, and to me, that’s what food is all about; comfort and pleasure.

After spending over a decade working in PR & Communications, I now work as a freelance brand consultant and content creator in the food industry.

My friends often ask me for recipes or ideas, so I thought I’d put it all down in one place, especially as I have a terrible memory. I hope to fill these pages with all of the things that inspire and excite me and hopefully, there might be some things in there you like too.
